Zook Family Investments has been in the rental property business for over 50 years. The company was founded by Wayne Zook in 1950 and was incorporated as Zook Family Investments, LP in 1995. To this day, ZFI remains family owned and operated. Mr. Zook acquired his first piece of property and built a small two unit duplex in Pacific Beach. Since those humble beginnings, ZFI has grown its holdings to three separate properties with a total of 74 units.

Each of the ZFI properties are as distinct as the communities in which they are situated.
